One of Senator Andy Uba, Valentine Ozigbo, Charles Soludo, and Senator Ifeanyi Ubah is expected to be announced as the winner.

Charles Soludo, candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), has won the highest votes in Aguata LGA. He defeated Andy Uba of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and Valentine Ozigbo of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The three candidates are from Aguata.
